I started Cloudscape in 2017 with the aim of helping businesses implement software systems and within a year, I was starting to do really well as a solo consultant. At the end of 2017, I started to feel exhausted from selling my time and calculating billable hours for each invoice!

I felt this growing need to find a better way of doing things and that's when I discovered productized services. As I began to learn more about packaging my services, I started to create systems at Cloudscape that allowed me to grow a team, giving me time to continue to tinker with the business model.

In 2018, Cloudscape grossed more than a million AED in revenue with close to 100% in upfront payments; unheard of in the ERP software services and implementation businesses.

I realized that I had a winning model and decided to go all-in and built unique products atop the entire service offering. Over the last four years, I've spent less time in the business and more time on the business and created several predictable revenue streams.

In early 2021, I launched my second business, Elevate Your Podcast. Built with everything that I learned about productized services, Elevate Your Podcast is a done-for-you podcast editing and producing service for growing podcasters.
